Greg was very patient explaining the workings of our equipment rental and how to load and unload the machinery. The equipment worked great. We'll be back again!

I was in need of a specific trailer to move a UTV and had no luck after reaching out to three other places. Shane responded very quickly to my email request, and then Greg contacted me almost immediately after. Their customer service was outstanding from the start. Greg went out of his way to bring in a trailer from another location and had it ready for me by the next day. The location was easy to get to, and Greg treated me like an old friend. They had me hooked up with no wait time, and the trailer itself worked perfectly. Drop-off was just as easy—they even disconnected the trailer for me, so all I had to do was show up. The price was very reasonable, and I’ll definitely be returning for future rentals. While I only needed a trailer this time, they offer other equipment as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!! Easy to reserve and awesome customer service. Easy pickup and drop off. James and another friending co-worker were awesome and made the process seamless. We rented one of their lifts and they walked us through how to use it. Equipment worked great and got the high points on our home to paint!! We did have a hiccup, but they had someone call us immediately and walked us through charging the lift. Which was our fault. 🤣 They keep their equipment well maintained. The rental prices were on their website so u know what your options are ahead of calling…which i appreciated. You can tell they take great pride in their work and helping the customer to have the perfect experience. We will be renting from them again in the future when needed. Thank you!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating! We rented the skid steer/excavator many times and they were always in great shape. Totally worth it, especially with the native rocky terrain in this area.

We are Kerberos International. Rent Equip in Marble falls has by FAR been the best place for us to rent equipment in both Price and Service. They are very easy to work with and their equipment is in really good shape. We just borrowed a skid-steer for a week and on the second day one of our guys threw a track. We called them at 0600 in the morning and left a message and by 0730 (they open at 0730 BTW) they had a mechanic at our site fixing the track. Also their pickup and drop-off procedures is so much better than those around them. At other places we have had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to find a trailer - then a skid steer - then someone to load it -- etc etc ... At RENT EQUIP by the time we had gone in and done the paperwork (which took less than 5 minutes - the trailer was hooked up and we were on our way. At drop-off we were gone in less than 10 minutes ..

Nice folks and good equipment. I rented a walk behind trencher and found it was not adequate for the rocks I was getting into. I took it back and they rented me a rock saw without any charge for the trencher. I've used them a couple more times now and always found them to be easy to work with.
